the first thing first you have to decide on what is important to you... what you want for you..........nobody can make that call.... ease into it.. start slow get your body use to the idea of not eating..... you can start small like instead of having lunch eat a piece of fruit no snacking in between just water when feeling hungry reach for water drink until your stomache feels its gonna bust pee and then drink some more as it comes closer to starting your fast replace another meal with water no snacks in between................ shock your body slow...your body will get use to not eating at these times......and then when your ready and only when your ready choose your fast and go for it..............best of luck to you and all you do ....french
