This is probably not a good idea. I fasted M-F of last week, lost 8 pounds, and ate very little over the weekend. I still lost, but the scale sure jumped. Here's what happened:
started @ 191
Fasted to 183 between M-F
Monday new weight 187 (an overall loss of 4 lbs)
So I gained back 4 pounds in water/food weight over 2 days.
I don't believe this is healthy for the bod and just confuses the heck out of it. So yesterday I started on a liquid diet (protein drink) and will see what happens this week! I hope to be 182-183 by next Monday....
