i'm 32, had a 17 days Water Fast last year and i've been scared seeing all this skin as well on my tummy, geeting loose and i was wondering if that was going to get better...it did, after the fast, i did get beack to a very reasonnable diet(mainly fruits, veggies, and brown rice)and walked a lot for 10 days, and after these 10 days, i went on practicing sports again almost each day, like 1 hour run each day, or 5 days a week minimum, plus swimming, quite a lot as well..i'd say swimming defenetely helps, activity in general!!!
that will get better, even though it also depends on the skin quality, but mine in thin and not of the best i'd say so it's all good!!!
