hello ladies
so it is our first day right? i am very excited. i have done my research and reading so i am thinking with my fat percentage which is like 30% i can go almost for 45 days. 45 days seems a lot not because my body cant handle it but i have a social life that will definetely mess things up!! anyway i am thinking at least 14 days, 21 days would be great and 28 days would just be terrific.
my stats are 165 cm and 64.6 kg which is 5.4 and 142 lbs. i want to loose weight, break my emotional attachment to food and make a fresh start because i have been abusing my body with medication, laxatives and stress. I also will exercise (walk) as long as i have energy!
