GO into a Fast without THE HEADACHES or WEAKNESS!! Join Me In in A TIME OF Supporting FASTING TO SEE EACHOTHER THROUGH>>>


Whether you will Juice fast, Yerba Tea Fast, Slim Fast Drink, Soy drink fast,

There is a way that works everytime, without having the unnesseccary headaches and weakness feelings...

Your body make a sudden change without realizing what's going on and it has't yet caught up with your food exchange... Because it's still looking for food, about after 3 days the headaches stop this is usually means the body has caught up with the sudden change, and gets immuned to the new change usually the hunger pains stops or lesson as each day goes by.


Now the plan is if you are eatting 3 or more meals/snacks /deserts a day, then get ready for a slight cahnge....

Day one on liquid fasts(it could be all water, juice, tea or Soy Drinks or Low carb ready made drinks)


Start with the morning always this breaks you in faster , this is where the hunger for food usually begans........

Drink a full glass of your liquid drink instead of breakfast, have lunch and dinner You acn continue to have water if your not fulfilled during breakfast.


Day 2 Have your liquid drink for breakfast, lunch and a full satisfing dinner

Day 3 Drink your liquid drink three times a day. Drink water in between And a half size of dinner a small portion of food ( gradually releasing food so your body don't go into a shock and wanting food)

Day 4 Start the fast, but only drinking one full glass of your juice, Low carb slim fast drink, tea, etc, around 10:a.m.-11:00a.m. And the rest of the day


Day 5 you can continue on day 4 plan for 30-40 days and get good fast results, or you can do an all water fast.


What to do when you get bored??????????????

Get some Sugar free hard candies and some Sugar free chewing gum, suck on a couple of candies slowly when you're in need , break the stick of gum in half , and chew on it having space between time of chewing the first half and get a liter a day of Flavored Natural Sparkling Spring Waters a sip throughtout the day , this is fulfilling.

Now if you ever go into sudden cravings for food , DON"T EAT IT!! Don't go Back, and waste or interrupt all that you have put into this fast to Blow it cause it's harderer to get back into the Flow of things, Instead, Go back to plan DAY 4 (listed above , and if you have to double up on two glass of your liquid drink, (and continue to drink plenty of distilled or spring water throughtout the day,it's better than going back to food, confusing your body, and it's cleansing process cabilities.....

It'll all be worth it at the end.........

Don't focus so much on the change but on your new journey...

I got my water, Sparkling Flavored water to sip on if I need it , I am getting my Low carb Slim Fast Drinks, it is loaded with protein, with no refined sugar, or without all the carbs...

I will only drink one can either flavor, strawberry, caffe, or chocolate. only one 11.0z can a dy and water throughout the rest of the day..........

I will do this for 20 days, and the other 15-20 days I will have Water, Water Water


The Last time I have tried this I lost 12bs. in a week and a half.

So Share your plans..........

And to make sure we see eachother through to reach our goals, just be committed and post everyday once a day for support and to encourage eachother throughout the 30-40 Day Fast, and we will make it... Because we are helping eachother get through each day, which can be time to lead us to think about being unfaithful to our fasts..

During the fast I will continue to focus on my new eatting Lifestyle change (low carbs) Cause I refuse to go back to the foods that keep me fat, bloated and constipated with indigestion and acne...........

So I already have my Atkins Low Carb Books, I am reading to prepare myself. I am giving away my foods I will no longer be eatting and getting the foods I will eat and storing them up in my cabinets , I am replacing diary milk with (Silk Soy Milk)

I have got low carb cereals cold and hot cereals, meanus to dine out, If I don't feel like making meals i will order a Atkins fresh full day meal it's breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner, with desert for 36.00 delivered right to my home, it's almost like the ZONE celebrities order when ther's no time to cook, and it's convenient. But other wise I am going out shopping to get a couple of new pieces of stretch material clothing as the weight shed s off.

I will get rid of the big clothes that I won't be needing anymore and send them to the poor and needy, to help them as well as never looking back at being fat.

So come start with me...............
