I do start tomarrow, If I do juice fast, I would get a Juicer and get some fresh fruits, berries, and some veggies and mix them to the taste and have only one 11.oz full glass a day, then water the rest of the day, this is much more fulfilling, and we make room for the body to cleanse itself and shedd the pounds faster, cause water works faster and pounds shed more quickly.
I will start my 11.0z at 11a.m. and I really will not hungry for food at night just water.......
