well initially before i was put on the steroids for Lupus i weighed 90 lbs and i am 5'0'' annd i gained 35lbs in less then a month and i never changed how i ate . Its been like 6months and i cannot loose the weight i am gettin sicker and medication doesnt work.so ive been resaeching the fasting
