Whole Wheat Bread
Layer on:
Spinach Leaves
sliced cucumbers
thinly sliced or shredded carrots
thick tomato slices
avacado
alfalfa sprouts
mayo + Spike

The spike (a spice) is optional but it gives the sandwich a great additional taste. Enjoy! :-) Tweet
