The proper way to break a fast depends on if you are juice fasting or water fasting. Either way, your diet should consist mainly of raw fruits and veggies for at least 4 days after your fast is over. If you are breaking a water fast, you should use 3-6 cups of fresh live fruit and veggie juice per day for about two days and then break with raw fruits and veggies and more fresh juice. Be careful not to eat too much, you're stomach will be a lot smaller--and DO NOT break your fast with dairy products. Check out more information on the juice fasting support forum in curezone.
