Dry brushing is using loafers or massage mits and rubbing all around the skin before say a shower (upward strokes). It gets circulation going really well and if you have cellulite pay particuar attention to the affected areas. It also makes the skin looks good as it gets rid of old skin. It is very healthy for you.

I found cleaning up my diet eliminated my cellulite. I had more cellulite when I was under a 100 pounds (21 years old) than I do now at 125 pounds and I attribute it to eating lots of fruits and veges, limiting my alcohol and coffee intake, having lots of green tea and nice healthy protein. Its almost gone away completely. Juice fasting would certainly help to eliminate it
