Thinking about vegetarian

Hey everyone. Lately I read 3 books which are pro vegatarian or close to it.
Ph miracle, Skinny bitch (for my sister and her girlfriends) and Eat to Live.
All 3 were great.

So I am cosidering vegetarian diet and lifestyle but can't seem to find enuf meals or more meals are based on soy products which I would like to limit.

So I came across Vegan Vengeance at the bookstore and wanted to know if that would be a good source to start or other cookbooks. Reading cookbooks I don't enjoy...u know what I mean. Thanks Tweet
