Re: Soy milk replacement?

for my breakfast cereals i use almond milk by pacific foods or blue diamond. the pacific foods brand is easier to find. They come in many different ways. by doing this i feel that i have more room for soy products (which i limit)for my general eating lifestyle plan.

Almond milk is gaining popularity amongst healthcare professionals. You will see it in many of the latest books as a preferred choice.

It has less Sugar about 7 grams than rice milk and has more nutrients. check the labels you will see. Blue diamond makes an unsweetened version as well.

Maybee we will see almond milk as a substitute instead of soymilk in more products.

And it tastes great!!!
