PROTEIN: Tofu or Nuts?

What is a better source of protein? Tofu or nuts???

I've tried eating nuts for a month, and I think i got some allergic reactions such as my eczema getting WORSE...

I was planning on trying tofu for a while, but wasn't sure if TOFU has significant amount of protein.
