Re: Starting 30-40 day water fast 12/12/2004

A Water Fast is good for up to 40 days only at a time. Do not go past this or the body can break down and take your fasting and concider it as starvation and this resulting in death.

I going on water and vitamin flavored natural spring water, along with a natural diet tea(1 6oz or 8oz cup) and some Sugar free pops to suck on with suger free gum to chew.

For 30 days to start. But once this is all over. I plan on fasting reguarly 2 days out of a week. Not only to maintain my weight for health benefits and my prayer life, How I see more prayers answered than ever before.

This is my second day, But i have to stop on the 31st of dec,2004 because this day is my Anniversary, so I plan on going with my husband to the movies and out to BBQ's. I will drink water the whole day and a glass of natural wine and during the dinner salad and barbecue spare ribs (less than half a rack) then the next day which is 1-1-2005 THE NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will go back to fasting for another 11 days a total of 30 days.

But after I eat I will take all natural colon clenz supplements to clean out my colon and system( digestive tract, mucus, etc.) So this way I have a fresh start again.


Why am I telling you all this is because we are stronger, and most likely to succeed in our plans and be confident to win over our weakness, when we share our plans and in the process we help others and encourage them that they can make it and once you arrive , we have the ability to work out a way to maintain.
