A great vegetarian Jello

I just made this dessert last night and I was suprised how delicious it was I thought I'd share it since its totally vegetarian as well.

It is an instant set Jello which can be refridgerated as well.
The cherry and Mango are delicious.

If you can find an asian/mid-eastern grocery store then look for a desert called
"Jelly crystals" Ahmed Brand.


I found a link. Its 100% vegetable gums. I think its pectin though.
