You are not alone, I to am struggling with this horrible compulsive habit of over overeating & throwing up too. It's like if I eat one thing I think ~ Well, I blew it and now I'm gonna throw it all up anyways, so then I go crazy eating everything I can think of!!! Even if I don't have food in my house I will go as far as ordering delivery Just to end up throwing it all up anyway! What a waste of $$ I might as well just throw the $$ down the toilet myself. I can say that personally, Water Fasting helps me because my cravings diminish and the mere thought causing my stomach to distend the point that I want to puke becomes very unappealing. I do well for quite a while but then I somehow just get off track, usually it's because I have to eat w/friends/family or something... It's a vicious cycle! I hate it, but I am so much happier w/ myself while water fasting.
