I stopped taking the senna leaf tea because I got incredible cramps in my digestive systems. Also the box said don't take for a long period of time because your body becomes dependant on it for its bowel functions. My doctor told me to stop taking it.

I would really like to know of an alternative natural laxative if anyone knows of one? Thanks. Tweet
