I've been eating dulse flakes every day for
many years. I also eat other seaweeds, including nori, kombu kelp, alaria, wakame,
and agar-agar. I eat the dulse flakes every
day, and the others on succeeding days.
I suggest a level teaspoon of the dulse, since
your mineral levels are low. You can add it to
juice, or you can shake it over your nightly
salad. It's not a bad taste.
I can't point you to websites, but others may be able to. I get most of my information from
books. Every author I've come to trust, has
wonderful things to say about the healing,
harmonizing, and balancing powers of seaweed.
My body loves it, and so, in time, will yours.
