Essene Teachings: Origins and Principles
Symbolic stone depictions of Seraph and Cherub
As far as the history of the Essenes amidst the "Chosen People" of Is-Ra-El, those who were led out of Egypt towards the "Promised Land" by Moses is concerned, the following needs to be explained.
The teachings that Moses received for thirty years from his father in law in the desert, from the Midianite Priest-King Jethro, (father of Zipporah), were the same knowledge as that which, before him, Enoch possessed, and also Mel-Chi-Zend-Ek, who showed to Abraham The Way to The One God. The new people were to live in nature: in personal, direct contact with their One God, the manifestations of Whose Energies they would be taught about by the knowledge as revealed on the first set of stone tablets.
With every revelation of the Divine to man, after a while, all those original pure teachings are corrupted by the insertion of personal interest by those mortals, who became "professionals", middle-men : like priests, reverends and the like, who desire position (power) and wealth (money).
Still, the original intention of all those revelations of the direct Path towards The One God, was as the Essene Maran (= Teacher, Master) taught: "No-one comes to the Father ME : the "ME" meaning the I AM THAT I AM, manifesting itself through the highest manifestation of God : The Christ realization, the Way we can be liberated, by knowledge and application, from the material slavery we were born into.
This principle is known in various religions as Krishna, Messiah, Soshiant, etcetera, but the knowledge about this essence is prohibited by the aforementioned professionals, who would lose their income and position if every human being would know The Way back to the Origin, The I AM.
According to Essene tradition, the original teaching as revealed to Moses on the Mount, was on the first set of Stone Tablets. On them were given the symbols of all the Laws governing Spirit and Matter, in the order in which they were created by God.
They represented the Energies of god, called in Aramaic (The original language spoken by the people of Is-Ra-El) : "Malak". The word Malak nowadays is often translated as Force or Angel.
Still : translating it as Energy is more appropriate, to prevent all the interpretations that cling to the word "Angel" as used for (dark) ages by many institutionalized "Churches" up till now, in this way deviating from the original meaning of the word Malak in the Aramaic language.
By communing with these "Angels", or rather Energies of God, as they are active in Matter and Spirit, on earth and in the Universe, we can reach a state of total Harmony if we also practice Universal Peace, as explained elsewhere on this site. It is essential to realize that we can only reach a state of perfect Harmony when we practice the total non-violence, which is called in Sanskrit : "Ahimsa". This regards all living beings, human and animal. It implies that we do not only refrain from killing human beings, but that we do the same towards the animals.
The symbols on the first set of Stone tablets, that were smashed by Moses, but kept in his heart by him and the few that kept to the original teaching and did not join in the way of the Golden Calf, looked as shown below here.
Of course, the "Professionals" have done their utmost to deny and hush up this knowledge, even going as far as changing the text of the Book of Moshe : Genesis. But anyone can see how silly it looks if Moses would have really gone up the mountain to come down with the same tablets he just smashed because the people were just not ready for them yet... Instead they got the Ten Commandments, that were already (ages ago) included in the Laws of Hammurabi, which were of course also known to Jethro. Jethro lived in the area also later known as "Saba", or the realm of ( the Queen of ) Sheba, from which the later Sabeans, who also were familiar with the Emerald Tablet of Hermes Trismegistos, derive their name.
Nota Bene : In the Sumerian-Iranian tradition the symbols came from, they are always read in the following order : top to bottom, left to right. If you want to find out more about those symbols and the practical application of them, look on the pages explaining the Universal Peace and the Communions with the Angels or Energies of the Heavenly Father and those of Mother Earth.
The knowledge about these symbols was kept by the Essene teachers from the time of the revelation to Moses. As instructed to him, two of the symbols were not included in the Morning- or Evening- communions, but in the principle of the Essene Brotherhood , and in the Silent Meals .
You are what you eat, as ALL we eat should come straight from "the table of Mother Earth". Interesting fact : in the Middle East (Iran for instance) people traditionally eat seated on the ground, which would mean a very litteral interpretation of the phrase : "Eat ye then from the table of your Mother Earth" (quote grom "the Essene Gospel of Peace").
Also, the order in which the communions were held during the week was revealed to Moses. Above here, the symbols are depicted in the order of their creation, the ancient cosmic order of ASHA. The same symbolism may be seen in the photograph below, where the ritual garment worn around the neck depicts on the right side of the body the "male" forces or energies of the Heavenly father, symbolized by a Seraph, and on the left side the "female" forces or energies, symbolized by a Cherub.
If we want to show the symbols for the Essene communions in their respective position, as they are taking place throughoutb the week, this would look as in the picture below, starting on Friday-night with The Heavenly Father, which is followed by the morning communion with Mother Earth.
All the evening communions are listed under the Heavenly Father, the morning communions with angels of Mother Earth, in the other column. This is the way in which the Essenes applied those Angels or Forces, as given on the First Set of Stone Tables, in their daily lives:
Just compare this with the layout of the positive Forces of the Light, the White Pieces, as they are positioned om the Chessboard of the Sumerian "Game of Asha", and the relationship and deeper meaning will become clear:
