Have anyone done I.V. on your lymphedema hand or arm?

My left arm and hand is only 1 to 2 cm bigger than my right arm and hand, and my lymphedema was triggered by me wearing a tight bra without knowing I had gained weight. So I am not genetically lymphedema. Now I need to do I.V Hydrogen Peroxide and want to do on the lymhedema left arm and hand, due to right hand need a break. Pls let me know if anyone of you had done I.V. on lymphedema arm or hand. Thanks. I want to see if there is any risk involved before deciding.
