Hi there. I don't drink coffee or soda, but I had some major headaches during days 2-3 of my fast. I just had to bare through it & just kept telling myself that I don't want to go through such pain again. That's the only self-talking that helped me through the pain. It disappeared for me after 2 days. Headaches, sensitive hearing, etc...are what I experienced, too.

Try to bare through it. I know it's hard!!
