Pal, my advice is just KEEP GOING and ur body let u know when to stop (hunger will return at least).. U feel ok and is able to do ur day to day tasks at the same time getting rid of toxins in a such a mild way! I am sure some of the fasters, who undergoing hard time with it being sick, will envy the way u feel. So my advice is KEEP GOING but eventually it is UR choice!..:-))))
