I also am on an extended Water Fast (now on day 10, going for about six weeks) and would be very grateful if you'd answer some questions. I keep reading all these scare stories about how supervisio on an extended Water Fast is essential - yet I am in no position to have this fast supervised, and no less determined to do it. I'm definitely doing it. Are you supervised in any sense? Do you have any anxieties about any physical aspects of the fast? I am not worried about detox, and indeed I've had none to speak of - what sort of detox have you had, if any, and when? What would YOU feel were signs that you should stop the fast? What do you feel are things to watch out for? Intuitively, I feel my body is very safe and wise and confident about this fast, for ithe _must_ be healthier for it than the toxins I was taking in. I feel good and rather strong and healthy. But it would be nice to talk to someone who is successfully doing the same thing, as I reach the "extended" part of my long fast. I'd be very grateful if you could alk more about yours. Thank you.
