As long as you stay in ketosis its no biggie. I have caffeine and have salad bags... I lose big... Well pretty big I think. Of course I have a big one to lose ROFLMAO
I think it is important to step on the scale every morning so that if you messed up or got weak or incorporated somethign into your fast because the pangs were bad or your body felt weak you can see how it is effecting your loss.
It's pretty important to me to minitor things carefully. I want to know everything my body is doing...
