day 2 of my 14day waterfast
well ive only ever done a 10day waterfast before. hopefully this wont be too hard. however, 14days compare to 10days is almost 50% extra! :( looking for any advice or support please. unlike my 10day waterfast, i have no obligations this time. last time i still walked 6miles (there and back) to tai chi class twice, went to uni every day, and again had to walk a lot (1.5miles to the station, another mile to uni, and back again), and also, one day, i did manage to walk 17miles, although it was on day 4. although, i was in mega pain, so this time i plan on being as sedentary as pos.
i also think i messed up breaking the fast last time by eating bread on the evening of the 1st day breaking the fast. also, i messed up by breaking it by eating like 4slices of bread! this time i think i will have more soup and less bread. problem was i had never made a soup before, and it all went wrong, and so all i could eat was bread. :(
this time ive made soup around 5times a week since the fast (all veggie of course) so this time im sorted! yay.
btw, ive got a HUGE headache since waking up this morning :( any reasons? this is day 2 remember.
