Just a reminder not to take all your supplement at once.
YOur water soluble supplements like your vitamins B complex
your
C vitamins and amino acids should be taken in the morning with fruit or fruit juice.
preferably non-citrus like papaya, apple, pear etc.
your fat solubles, like E, D,
Coral calcium shoul be taken with your lunch
Flax seed oil should be taken 2 hours after meals with water
This is all for better absorption.
Adhering to this vitamin schedule changed my life.
