The Lemonade Diet is in here somewhere, but this is what it is, to save you time LOL:
You do this first thing in the morning. In a coffee mug, juice one lemon. Add distilled water to fill the mug. You can heat the water or drink it room temp. I like mine hot. Add a tsp raw honey. Add cayenne powder, as much as you can tolerate, or Dr. Schulze 's Cayenne Tincture (250,000 heat units, so start with a few drops and build up).
This is a great kidney/bladder cleanse. You can drink it every day or do it for a week every now and then.
Christopher, Schulze, and Biser all talk about this. It's not really a diet at all. Just a healthy practice that is enjoyable.
