I just switched over to Vegan. I really like it and can't believe I didn't do it sooner. It was the easiest thing for me to do. But because I am new to this, I have a few questions. My protein intake for the past couple of months haven't been all that great. I mean I do eat tofu and tons of veggies. Is that enough or should I be drinking some kind of protein shake. I eat alot of fruits and veggies. I keep a pretty balanced diet as far as brown rice, beans, veggies, pasta, but I would like to know what more I should be doing...Thanks Melanie
