The life style changes I made to lose 25#'s over a nine month period is Eat More and Weigh Less by Dr. Dean Ornish. I took it one step further by making it low fat. I eat very very little animal products or keep that in the house or pantry. I do not go nuts when I eat out as I expect something to have animal products in the meal although I Am able to remedy this at the finer restraunts in which I eat as their food is cooked to order.
