Her book total health makeover is the best info I've read and put to practice. My health has been ten times better since applying her methods. Its good because she tell you everything she does but lets you decide whats best for you. I've done just about all her suggestions. No meat, no dairy, no food combining, no processed Sugar or salts, no preservetives, try to eat all organic, and not to drink fluids until and hour after you eat or drink 15mins before you eat. Its basicly Veganizm. But she eats fish. I eat fish and sometimes free range chicken. I had terible digestion and gallbadder problems. They all gone away! Except I still get a little GB discomfort once in awhile. Check out the book.
