drink some diluted juice and if your stomach is ok after about 45min drink it straight. A few hours later maybe some soft fruit...grapes are good. Maybe some steamed veggies for dinner and thats about it. Eat raw for as long as you can..a day or few before you try anything else..but when youre ready try some brown rice or something. Im no professional but that should get you through your first few days incase nobody else responds. As for meat or fats im not sure but i would definitely wait til someone more educated gets back to you and let you know about that. Good job. 11 is great..congrats..im on day 4..i wish it was day 11.
