Celtic Sea Salt question

Hi Pushkin,
Could you possibly list the mineral content in Celtic Sea Salt ? I presently use Lima French Atlantic...light grey, slightly moist and speckled. I have a faint recollection of reading that Celtic Sea Salt had a 17% mineral content...which would be considerably higher than the Lima.

Another question...when one does a Water Fast does the body naturally expell all the old fecal matter? I'm curious because there are so many people using various laxatives during their fasts (MC fast I should say).

Finally, did you read the post on Agnes & Bob's forum about Sea Salt scam from Vegetarian Times...not very worthy in my opinion, but perhaps a post to which you could lend your expertise.

Oh yes...the Lima sea salt only lists 2% magnesium on it. It also costs considerably less than the Celtic (I've not been able to find Celtic at the whole foods or co-ops)...costs about $3 U.S. for 17.6 oz or 500g. Where do you buy your Celtic and how much do you pay?
