Just curious, I don't want to sound snarky: Why is eating liver beneficial? I did already read the long details to hopinso. Obviously it's full of good things, and the rat experiment was really impressive. I am just thinking, the liver is an organ that handles toxins, so in my mind it seems sorta like eating the intestines or something. Or perhaps it's the dessication process? I am just curious about where the toxins that were passing through the liver end up. Hmm, does what I asked make sense?
