Please advise...

I have had eczema all over my body for all of my life, and I am now 24 years old, pushing 25. Recently it has become much worse - dryer, more painful, itchier. It has also started weeping when I scratch my face.
I have tried pretty much everything I've heard of - diets, acupuncture, chinese medicine, herbal medicine, emollients, cortizones, protopic, antihistamines... but nothing seems to work.

I'm currently on an anti-candida diet, which seems to have done nothing but make it even worse (I'm on week 9) and I've lost half a stone in weight already, making me 10.5 which is way too low for me.

I can't do weight training anymore, as the heat makes my skin worse, and my muscle mass has fallen away leaving me feeling weak and depressed.

I hate going into work because people stare at me, and I feel disgusted with myself - there are only a few people who are nice enough not to make an issue of it.

I hardly sleep at night, constantly waking because of scratching or my skin weeping. I have anti-allergy matress and pillow covers. My floor is now wood to minimise dust collection.

I just don't know what to do - I can't go on living like this. It's painful and it's so hard. I'm always in a bad mood, snapping at friends and family and then having to apologise for it. It takes all my effort just to drag myself out of bed in the mornings at 6am to have my daily bath, which takes at least an hour.

The only thing that's good in my life in spite of this is my girlfriend - she's so supportive and caring, and always tries her best to understand and to make me feel comfortable.
But that's not to say my skin doesn't affect our relationship as well. I miss being able to cuddle her, to kiss her, and I'm still tired and angry around her.
I do my best to curb my tongue around her, but it's so hard not to snap. I don't want to ruin this relationship (we've been together for 5 years now), and I don't want to live a life like this.

Please advise me on what to do.

My current treatments are:
Ultrabase cream (after washing)
Hydromol ointment (after cream to seal in moisture)
Oilatum/Emulsiderm emollient (used in bath/shower)
Hydrocortisone 1% (used *very* rarely)
Cetirizine antihistamine (only used if reacting to animals)
Ventolin inhaler (as needed)
Dermol 300 (used in bath when skin is broken badly)

Multivitamins - 1 a day
Omega 3,6+9 1000mg - 4 a day
Selenium 200 ug - 2 a day
Zinc 50mg - 1 a day
Candiclear - 4 a day
Vitamin E 200mg - 1 a day

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
