Thanks for this link, I will be looking into it. Doing a short fast has been something I've been thinking about...although I'll probably have to wait until the weather warms up. I was wondering, I've heard that if you're acidic, which I am, that one shouldn't fast. I suppose it depends on how long, but is that not at all? I also remember reading in one of Steve Myerowitz's books that anyone can fast if it's under 2 weeks. Then I've read in Richard Anderson's book on cleansing that if you're acidic it's dangerous to fast and the imbalance of electrolytes can cause a heart attack. So...I'm pretty confused. Is it safe to do a short fast do you think, perhaps 1 week, if I can stand it!
