From what I know about fasting, anything liquid is OK for a "liquid" or a "juice" fast. That means yes to tea and broth. As for the fruits- the ones you mentioned don't produce much juice, if any at all. I'd say no to bananas, however if you want to try and extract a tiny bit from the others, I guess it's okay. (It's not worth it though, it'll take a cup of blueberries to juice a teaspoon I believe).
