I started a juice fast 6 days ago and was doing amazing and feeling amazing. For some reason, I got weak and ate dinner w/ my husband last night. I totally regret it now and want to keep going on the fast. For some reason, I know I can do it now more than ever because I felt horrible eating that crappy food and didn't enjoy it at all!!!!! So I started right back on it. Does anyone know if that is okay. I had wanted to do a 30 day fast...am I starting again from day one or on track w/ day 6?
