I hope she is succesfull in her quest for wieght reduction.The question was is it realistic.My personal opinion is no its not.I think it would be far better to modify ones diet so that the wieght would come off and stay off.The caloric restriction will require stict disciplin during times of hunger and cravings.While keeping up a strict workout effort.I like to relax and enjoy my fasting periods.Light workouts with an option to meditate,read or get a massage.Cleansing and restoration not stress with a side order of frustration.But to each his or her own!!
