The seaweed is SO good for you. A real yummy dish can be made from organic long grain rice and some (any ) seaweed mixed in (after the rice has been cooked) with some Celtic Seasalt .
I had my little grandson to supper yesterday. He wasn't very hungry because he had a slight temperature. He said "what's that dark stuff Grandma?"It was the Celtic Seasalt . He stuck his finger in it to taste some and said, "Grandma, that tastes so nice." and continued dipping and licking.
