ya know im not saying this is the reason.. but its funny you mentioned this. Im on Day 10 of a juice fast and have had the typical symptoms nothing severe though. Ive noticed everytime i use our dryer (of course dryer sheets are in it) ever since i have been fasting this seems to effect me more. When i have the dryer on i feel like my breathing is more "shallow" if that makes more sense. Certain chemicals from pinesol type floor cleaner even effects me this way. This never bothered me before. Maybe we are just more aware and used to being sick before???? anyways im sure if you feel worse etc. go by your gut and get checked out.

BUT from the same experience recently it maybe you are just more aware and sensitive with smells, feelings, etc around you. Just a thought.
