We need to ask our inner selves every single time we feel the urge to eat...(1) do I really need something to eat ...if the answer is really ..yes..( and not' want 'rather than need ) then the second question should be..what do you NEED to eat? But I warn you my fellow travellers ! Listen and listen very hard, because the journey is far from easy . So do not panic if you step off the path from time to time and do not berate yourself for it. Pick yourself up, step back on the path and continue your jorney. And, YES, it does get easier..a whole lot easier the further you are into the journey.It is necessary to consider yourself a pilgrim.
