I have a question. I have heard of people doing a once-a-week juice-only day to help promote ... well, the myriad of wonderful things that juice fasting promotes! We coming off the Master-Cleanse soon, and want to incorporate some lifestyle changes to keep the veggie-wagon rolling - since we can't fast all the time - and this seems like a good one.
Does anyone out there do once-a-weeks? For how long? What juices? How is it? Any info would be super helpful! Thanks
