Hi all you fasters out there. I'm on day 12 of my juice fast. For the first time since starting, I feel a bit tired and like eating. But I think it's more a comfort-food craving than true hunger.
My tip is this: on previous fasts that I have done, I've always battled to get my green juices down. Especially concentrated stuff like spinach and cabbage. Until that is, I had the idea of adding half a lemon, a tomato or two, and a clove of garlic to the mix. Now I can actually sip my green juice and enjoy it! Never thought that would be possible! It's really helping me a lot, as I no long dread my green, but actually look forward to it. Thought I'd share, in case it helps anyone out there. Happy fasting!
