Skin irritation with temperature changes

Hi,

I have a skin irritation, no rash or signs of irritation, is a feeling of knives stabbing from the inside out. This only happens when for example it is a cold day and i have a hot shower.....or a hot day and i go swimming. I was severly sunburnt when i was 17 and had 1st degree burns. The symptoms just described started after that. I have been to see doctors and dermatologists and they cant help me. I am just wondering if anyone has the same condition or knows of anyone who has. I need to get rid of whatever it is.
