Gary's 30 day juice fast. Day 3 and my breath could drop a rhino :)

Hi Guys

Thanks so much for all your positive thoughts and comments, it does help to hear that others have gone through it and come out the other side unscathed.

So day 3 is here and i have dropped another 2lb since yesterday. If this keeps up it could top 15lb in the first 7 days, though i am just thinking about the weight loss as a by-product of the detox and i am trying to stay focused on the real reasons why i am doing this.

OK, so i slept great again and was tired when i woke, i could have slept all day if i had the chance. I was not too hungry this morning though it was there and the cheese on toast cravings have slightly diminsihed. I managed to spend lunch time with my staff today while they ate and managed to get through it with no problems at all.

I have no real headaches today, its more of a potential headache thats always in the back of your mind (yeah, thats the best humour i can manage tonight:) )

My wife did mention to me as we were signing mortgage papers that my breath stank!!!, this did explain the fact that the bank manager was plastered to the back wall and gagging.

I also noticed that my teeth were furry, yeah, furry, thats about the best i can describe them.

OK, well i ran out of fruit and veg and have not had anything for 10 hours so i am off for a quick veg shot before bed.
