Re: Vitamins and Supplements on Juice Fast?

I never experienced any stomache probs on a fast using vitamins but I used them sparingly mostly a good b vitamin combo. If your using a green powder or juicing plenty of green foods you should be getting lots of vitamins and minerals allready.
I use a green food powder with algae alfalfa spirulina chlorella and kelp they are easy to find on the net or your health food store.
