I have no desire to eat really, but I am getting dizzy and almost passed out in the store today. I was wondering it that was normal? I am anemic (sp) so my iron my be very low. I am taking vitamins (started yesterday). Should I get some fortified iron pills also? I don't want to resort to food to "feel better" since I would like to stay the course as long as I can, but caring for a family of 5 AND going to college full time is taking its toil. Any advice would be appreciated:)
