Dear Dazzle,

I am so happy and touched and feel so close with you in my heart while reading your message!!!
------------------
This is fantabulous news! All these improvements and healings you listed are mind blowing!

Fasting is not easy to do, especially when it is as extended as your fast was. But like you said, it's a gift and with a bit of perseverence one can travel the Path and come out a winner, such as you did. I am so impressed with your success and inner strength! You are a mighty inspiration, I hope you are aware of this.

[CherryRain]Thanks Dazzle for your inspired words! The path was so new to me and that was why I came off and started again for two times. You, Livingwater, Somer were so so important to me as I do not have any other guidance (even no books). I remembered you reminded me to reward myself at the end. I did! I went to the big shop and bought new juicer! After I arrived home and juiced carrot and beet, in just a few seconds, it produced a lot of juice without any pulp. I checked the pulp, these pulp were so dry and could not be squeezed out any juice:-)). I had never seen such a good juicer: do not need to squeeze the pulb by hand, do not need to cut into small cubs, do not need to filter...I could not believe that I did produce my 3.5 months of juice by haft by machine and half by hands!!!
---------------------------------------
I'm going to have to get some nettles and try them. I've never tasted nettle tea. Is it a bitter taste? What do you use to dress it up, honey?

[CherryRain] I tasted once nettle tea from a friend. The taste was pleasent for me. For the moment, I go out to pick up the green nettle leaves and make juice. The juice taste is not pleasent. I put a bit lemon juice and drink it. I discover another method. I put some nettle juice into bath and feel good.

--------------

What are your plans for the future? Are you going to stay raw? Do you plan to fast on a consistent basis? Like maybe twice a year or something, to maintain your good health?
[CherryRain] Dazzle, I will go for raw and will practice fasting twice a year at least 30 days for each. I firmly believe that this path I am heading for is full of brightness, hope and joy.

I just got an Excalibur, 9 drawer, dehydrator, as I am about 75 to 85% raw right now, and am hoping with the dehydrator I can up that to 85 to 100% raw. Like you, I adore veggies. Juice fasting really does straighten out the taste buds, making the most simple foods taste delicious with complex layers of goodness.
[CherryRain] It is so great!! It is easy to stay 100% raw just after fast. But I will try best to stay high raw like you. We might share more on the raw journey.

I've tasted a few things I used to eat all the time, and cannot believe I actually liked those foods at one time. It's been almost 6 months since I've eaten foods like eggs, store bought whole grain breads, boxed foods, anything from a restaurant and so on... None of those kind of foods taste good anymore. But give me a veggie smoothie with a garlic clove, or a slice of manna sunflower seed bread with raw cashew butter, sliced avocadoes and tomatoes sprinkled with purple dulce flakes any day. One thing I notice when I eat these kind of foods, I don't feel bogged down and heavy, tired and dragging the ground like I did when I ate processed, cooked foods.

[Cherryrain] Yes, I also discover this. My body is so wise to know what to eat and it wants to choose the best food for my health.

I am just so glad you're breaking your fast on a high note and walking away with better health and tons of hope. I hope you stick around, stay in touch, let me know how you're doing as time passes.

[CherryRain] Surly I will stay in touch and share more with you.

When I started this post, I misspelled your name as CheeryRain, instead of CherryRain... But maybe CheeryRain would be appropriate right now.

[CherryRain] CheeryRain is the right now :-)
May Life Embrace You,
[CheeryRain] May your life full of love, peace and joy!

~ Dazzle
