You know what, I didn't catch that there has been a gap with the hunger. It went away and came back two weeks later, right? I think this is your body telling you that you're done. The sudden onset of hunger while fasting is the body's way of saying it's done. This is always the sign I look for.

Not everyone needs to go thirty days. Some people benefit from shorter fasts. I'm sorry, I can't see the posts, but if you were eating raw before this, that in itself is a form of sloooow detox. You've been at this detox thing for a while. I'm thinking you're body is in good shape and that's why it's done.
