I just posted a few days ago about the same thing. I had hunger for 10 days. I think mine was because I am new to fasting and didn't know I was suppose to strain the pulp out of my juice so for the first 6 days I was getting too much pulp and it was like I was drinking a meal. When I did start straining my juice it still took another four days for my hunger to subside. I got the the point where I was ready to quit and the next day it was gone.
I still have to occasional rumble now but nothing to bad. Everyone told me to drink more juice. So I guess thats what you should do.
